Software developer Ubermind has released a new plugin for Aperture which allows extended capability for sending images via FTP.
According to Ubermind’s press release:
Seattle, Washington—April 2, 2006—Ubermind, Inc. is pleased to announce the availability of the ApertureToFTP Pro export plug-in for Aperture 1.5. The ApertureToFTP Pro plug-in allows you to export images directly from your Aperture library with an interface that’s as straight-forward and easy to use as your mac.
Other plug-ins offer a basic means to transfer images to ftp servers, but by adding features like remote file browsing, new folder creation and bookmarked servers, ApertureToFTP Pro provides the type of user experience that mac users have come to expect and cherish. Photographers are already enjoying the power and ease which Aperture provides in editing and organizing their images, they no longer have to settle for a primitive ftp plug-in when it comes time to upload their images.
